How are your products made?

Your product is made to order. Once you ordered, your merchandise is printed based on your selected combination of product, design, color, and size. This customization makes your product unique.

 

When will I get my order?

We work with a print on demand order fulfillment company with several facilities worldwide. On average it takes them 2-6 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typically does not exceed 4 business days. Overall, this means that you normally receive your goods within 10 business days, no matter where you live.

During the Covid pandemic, our fulfillment and shipping times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. As the entire industry is grappling with challenges, it's currently difficult to reliably predict delivery times.

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a print on demand order fulfillment company with several facilities worldwide! Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently thus reducing delivery times, shipping cost and carbon emissions (which is good for you and for the planet)!

Under normal circumstances, you can expect your order being fulfilled, and hence your product being shipped, from one of the following 9 countries/regions closest to where you live: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. 

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Our supplier fulfills most orders locally, or at least regionally. Sometimes, they may route an order to a different producer and ship the product internationally, based on multiple factors. Where an order is routed is determined by an algorithm that works to ensure stock availability, production capacity, and logistics to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international/cross-border orders. This can apply when your domestic country is different from the country in which the order is fulfilled and shipped from (see previous FAQ).

Such fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

Will the printed image look like on my screen?

The design will always look better on your screen. We work with a top-notch supplier using the latest printing technology, where the image is printed directly on the garment (called DTG or Direct To Garment).

During the printing process, they use a water-based, non-toxic ink that is absorbed by the fiber itself. Depending on various factors, such as the chosen garment color and the material composition, this process can sometimes produce a somewhat textured look. 

 

What’s your return policy?

Once you ordered, your merchandise is printed on demand based on your selected combination of product, design, color, and size. This customization makes your product unique.

Therefore, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Once you ordered, your merchandise is printed on demand based on your selected combination of product, design, color, and size. This customization makes your product unique.

Therefore, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within 10 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.

If you mistakenly indicated the wrong delivery address, we can send you a replacement order at your own cost.

 

What if my selected product is out of stock?

Because we are working with a supplier with varies facilities worldwide, we will be able to produce your order almost always in at least one of these global facilities. In the rare case where your order includes items that are indeed out of stock, we'll notify you by mail. You then have the following options:

  • Switch to an alternative product (choose a different design, product, or color).
  • Wait for products to come back in stock (although we might not always be able to predict exactly how long that will take).
  • Cancel the order.  

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 10 days after receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
